The NextGen program endeavors to separate different client entities within your business customer environment to a greater extent than the classic FOS program. This is done by separating customers into three different "classifications". Under the Contacts navigation icon, you will find Accounts, People, and Organizations.
*OF NOTE: When searching for entities within your NextGen software, each classification must be searched separately.
This classification stems from passengers or organizations in classic FOS that are designated as "requestors" within their profile. Accounts are the entities to which NextGen will assign the various programs in the NextGen Pricing Engine
*OF NOTE: If you are looking for an account not appearing in NextGen, but is in Classic FOS, be sure that "requestor" is checked in their classic FOS profile. Allow the sync to pick up the change and this requestor should appear in NextGen under ACCOUNTS
*OF NOTE: If the "Full Name" field is filled out in the classic FOS passenger profile, this will override any name that is in the "Name" field in the classic FOS window header
These are people that are customers and passengers from your classic FOS program. These are persons that are NOT marked as a "company" within FOS.
These are entities from classic FOS that are marked as "company" in their passenger profile.
